    Security Supervisor

    Job Summary

    The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the security operations within the company premises and or assets. The role involves supervising security personnel, ensuring the safety of the premises, monitoring security systems, and implementing security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and other security breaches.

    Job Details

    • Monitor surveillance equipment, alarms, and other security systems.
    • Patrol the premises regularly to maintain a visible security presence.
    • Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, and emergencies.
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff.
    • Assign tasks and duties to security personnel according to the operational needs.
    • Conduct regular briefings with security staff to discuss updates and issues.
    • Oversee the management of access control systems, including the issuing of ID cards and visitor passes.
    • Ensure all entry and exit points are secured and that unauthorized individuals are denied access.
    • Investigate security incidents, write detailed reports, and liaise with law enforcement when necessary.
    • Ensure proper documentation of all security incidents and maintain records.
    • Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of incidents.
    • Provide training to security personnel on emergency response procedures, use of security equipment, and other relevant skills.
    • Ensure that all security staff are knowledgeable about the security protocols and procedures.
    • Enforce company security policies and procedures consistently.
    • Recommend improvements to existing security protocols to enhance safety and security.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to security operations.
    • Coordinate and lead security personnel during emergency situations, such as evacuations or lockdowns.
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with emergency services.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations, incidents, and personnel performance.

    Requirements

    • A bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline 
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
    • Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or private security 
    • Physical fitness and ability to perform security duties, including standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies
    • Understanding of security management responsibilities, including statutory obligations, requirements, and dynamics.
    • People management skills
    • Proficient in using security systems and technology.
    • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

    Channel Management Executive/Agent

    Job Summary

    The Channel Management Executive/Agent is responsible for implementing the channel strategy that aligns with overall business goals within a given Territory.

    Job Details

    • Implement the channel plans in line with the overall business goals and Territory market dynamics.
    • Drive the effectiveness of each channel in achieving sales targets and market penetration, with a focus on quarterly performance metrics.
    • Track the rate at which new channels are onboarded to expand market reach. Recruit, manage, and nurture relationships with channel partners to maximize coverage and sales performance.
    • Implement plans and actions to measure the percentage increase in channel coverage or the number of active channel partners in assigned territory.
    • Optimize the efficiency of partner onboarding procedures to ensure seamless and timely integration of new partners.
    • Monitor partner engagement levels and evaluate partner satisfaction to strengthen alliances and collaboration.
    • implement strategies to measure the percentage of revenue generated by partners within the network
    • Gather market information and intelligence analysis to assess competitor activities and plans to identify and evaluate market gaps and opportunities for operational positioning.
    • Drive in-depth analysis to assess the effectiveness of customer segmentation in targeting specific customer groups and provide recommendations and insights to optimize customer targeting approaches and drive sales growth.
    • Ensure utilization of new technologies/systems to drive successful adoption 
    • Drive the effectiveness of integrating new technologies with existing systems to ensure successful technology adoption
    • Conduct physical visits to key customers as identified 
    • Conduct visits for relationship management and operational discussions.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner to enhance the overall customer experience and boost satisfaction, while maintaining a focus on achieving prompt resolution and addressing any underlying issues
    • Resolve customer claims by conducting thorough investigations for correctness and validity, while measuring the average time taken to achieve prompt and satisfactory resolution.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required. Any experience in Oil & Gas will be added requirement
    • Relevant professional certification in Business Administration or NIM, NIMN
    • A Postgraduate degree or relevant certifications in channel management or sales would be an asset
    • Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in relevant field

    Demand Planning Manager

    Job Summary

    The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for contributing to the company’s goals of higher sales, lower operating costs, and high customer satisfaction through improving the processes and systems related to Sales forecast demand in order to drive the correct requirements for Purchasing and Production.

    Job Details

    • Manages Demand Planning in order to drive the Sales requirements into the ERP.
    • Execute the Forecasting Sales Plan in the ERP system along with Area Managers, making sure that Sales and Product Management’s input has been taken into account.
    • Analyze, develop, and implement processes and procedures as they apply to the Demand Planning function and its dealings with other departments. Integrate other overall company business processes to improve effectiveness.
    • Promote intra and intercompany communication to obtain better and more timely forecast and demand information with the goal of improving the overall velocity of the Materials Planning processes, reducing costs and reducing waste.
    • Create a demand forecast plan at predetermined intervals based on sales history through the usage of a forecasting software tool.
    • Manage and execute Sales and Operations Monthly Meeting, obtaining information from each area and creating the monthly actions and minutes.
    • Updating Forecasting Software Monthly in order to carry new Sales Demand and execute Forecast changes in the ERP system
    • Collect and organize KPI’s, data needed for the Sales and Operations Process meeting.
    • Analyse, verify, and integrate into the forecast plan projects specific data and/or extraordinary demand input provided by Operations and Sales.
    • Collaborate with Operations and Sales to understand market and customer requirements and balance these requirements with financial and operational company goals.
    • Maintain open communication, understand, and work with Procurement and Operations to ensure material flow and help meet functional KPI’s.
    • Review and analyse exception reports to identify possible planning parameter changes required for specific finished goods and raw materials.
    • Prepare reports related to forecast and inventory measurements to Management. Reports may include forecast accuracy, inventory turns, project specific material data, usage analysis, etc...
    • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems.
    • Perform Annual Evaluations for direct reports.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain or a related field is required. 
    • APICS certification (CPIM certified in Production and Inventory Management
    • A Minimum of 5 years related job experience (material analysis, project management, sales forecast preferred, supply chain)
    • Sound knowledge of Supply Chain processes including manufacturing planning, demand, and replenishment processes
    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reason and influence at all levels
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities and diverse functional goals
    • Accuracy in data entry and manipulation, 
    • Extensive experience with spreadsheet manipulation and analysis
    • Proficiency in MS office applications
    • Communication (Written, Verbal, Presentation)
