    Team Member, SME Island

    • To generate sales revenue by meeting sales targets/goals as per agreed terms within the team towards achieving the overall company objectives.

    Role Qualification:

    Academic/Professional:

    • Relevant first degree in any discipline, MSc/MBA/ACII/ACIIN will be an added advantage

    Work Experience: 

    • 3 – 5 Years professional experience, preferably in the Financial Services Industry with at least 1 year in related position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Seek out new prospects and develop clientele base via networking.
    • Promote AXA Mansard’s products and services to existing and prospective clients by utilizing available resources.
    • Addresses client inquiries, ensuring their needs are consistently met and explaining features, advantages and disadvantages of policies to promote sales of insurance plans.
    • Maximize sales of appropriate products that meet the needs of customers be effective use of sales skills.
    • Work with the team lead in the training, supervision, and development of the team’s personnel.
    • Any other responsibilities that might be required by the Head/Team Lead, SME Mainland and direct line managers within the group, division and company from time to time.
    • Present performance at the company’s monthly performance review meeting.
    • Responsible for implementation of ‘keep in touch’ procedures for customers.
    • Carry out inspection of subject matter of insurance.

    Product Officer (Growth)

    • The Product Officer (Growth) will be instrumental in driving growth initiatives, analysing market trends, and supporting strategic projects to enhance our firm’s performance, market presence and client engagement.

    Role Qualification:

    Academic/Professional:

    • BSc/Degree from a reputable Tertiary Institution
    • Relevant postgraduate (MSc, MBA) and/or professional qualification (CFA etc) would be an added advantage.

    Work Experience: 

    • 0 – 3 Years professional experience with prowess in growth marketing and client engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive category-specific client engagement via email marketing, reporting, social media, blogs, etc., working with the sales and portfolio management teams on market research and content.
    • Coordinate activities of the AMIL marketing stream and align with the Group Marketing team to drive all AMIL’s marketing activities/campaigns.
    • Identify trends in the digital markets while being fully aware of new products and competition status
    • Identify operations / processes that can be developed or better streamlined and enhanced using technology for online customers
    • Ensure development of appropriate products and service offerings to meet the needs of the consumers in the online and digital markets
    • Identify best practices for online non-banking financial services processes for implementation
    • Work with sales and portfolio management teams to create new products and modify existing products for customers.

    Information Risk Management and Control Analyst

    • To enhance and fortify the company’s policies on operational, emerging, information, and internal control risks, and to establish a uniform framework for systematically identifying, assessing, mitigating, reporting, monitoring, and managing significant risks.
    • Additionally, to assist in daily processes that keep management informed about new issues and the evolution of risks

    Role Qualification:

    Academic/Professional:

    • Degree in Economics, Social Sciences or Business Administration or any related discipline from a reputable Tertiary Institution

    Work Experience: 

    • 5+ Years of applicable experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders for the implementation of risk management framework and related standards
    • Establish and manage report to encourage transparency in information risk activities, projects, and initiatives
    • Create a fluid relationship with local risk correspondents (1st line of defense and entities risks managers) to receive the alerts of new risks, controls failing, activity change and new projects
    • Increase partnership with business units by regular participation in committees and projects
    • Coordination with other risk-related functions in the 2nd line of defense: Compliance, Legal, Tax, Data Privacy, Information Security, Business Continuity, etc.
    • Challenge the Information and Information Security policies, instructions, and guidelines, to ensure consistency with regulation, information risk framework and risk appetite framework
    • Conduct Regular trainings to local correspondents and management to increase risk awareness.
    • Report to senior management, external and internal auditors

    Required Skills and Competencies

    • Risk Management & Corporate Governance
    • Good knowledge of insurance products offerings (development, dependencies, features etc.)
    • Strategic, critical and analytical thinking and pragmatic problem solving
    • Good organizational, analytical and research skills
    • Ability to interact and elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including management, clients, other departments, and vendors
