    Account Executive

    Locations: Surulere - Lagos and Port Harcourt - Rivers

    Job Role

    • To manage job financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
    • Open to: Male / Female |ideal age 30-35 years.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Follow up with client payments, ensuring they are made on time.
    • Manage, track and maintain the petty cash interest and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a daily basis.
    • Carry out all bank related activities including deposits, accounts reconciliation, etc as required
    • Ensure that proper and accurate statutory returns are prepared in a timely manner.
    • Review and process payroll forms and reports for accuracy and make necessary adjustments or corrections.
    • Work with the Accounts and Finance Manager to ensure the business activities and operations are profitable.
    • Liaise with accountants, lawyers, financial experts, and regulatory bodies
    • Raise memos and post-sales invoices, cash receipts, cash receipts, cash payments vouchers using the accounting package.
    • Supports accounting operations by filing documents; reconciling statements, running software programs, and maintaining accounting records by making and filing copies.
    • Update and maintain transactions and accounting and financial data such as sales records, account payables/receivables, purchases, Debit/credit notes, VAT, WHT, PAYEE, Pension, etc,
    • Prepare and ensure all invoices are recorded.

    Job Requirements

    • BSc in Accounting or Banking and Finance
    • Minimum of 5 years cognate work experience
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft office suite.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presenting skills
    • Knowledge of transport and logistics and retail is a plus.

    Salary

    • N90,000 - N100,000 monthly.

    Administrative Officer

    COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

     

    • Strong Organizational skills with problem solving attitude

    • Experience in office management software like MS Office, Windows and Exchange.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Good record keeping/document filing skills

    ROLE INFORMATION

    The position will be responsible for administrative support in the processing of travelling and hotel itineraries for both local and expatriate staff, documentation and updating admin files as well as arrangement for all travel related test at designated laboratory.

    A summary of role’s responsibility is as follows:

    • Making reservations and booking of both Local and International Flights.
    • Arranging of Logistics/Hotel and Airport protocol.
    • Keeping and updating a master travelling file (international and local)
    • Arrange booking confirmation from accredited labs for expatriate staff arriving Nigeria.
    • Processing of vendors invoices for travel and hotel related issues and follow up with payments
    • Handling of all admin related documentation
    • Any other assigned task(s)

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • BSc/HND in Business Administration, Economics, Law or any other discipline.
    • Professional certification in NIM or related discipline is an added advantage.
    • 2‐3years experience in a reputable organization.
