    Training Coordinator

    Lonadek Global Services is recruiting for the position of a Training Coordinator with very strong and visionary team leadership qualities. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organising and directing a wide range of training activities that meets global, regional and national training requirements.

    Interested candidate will:

    • Ensure to meet and exceed the monthly revenue target of the unit.
    • Have proven track record of researching Global, Regional and National trends that will position the unit rightly.
    • Be responsible for planning, organising and directing a wide range of training activities which meets corporate and individual training requirements on a global stage.
    • Explore areas of collaboration and partnership with new and existing external training partners and organisations.
    • Manage the company's Learning Management System (LMS)

    Qualifications:

    • A first degree in Engineering, Sciences or Humanities.
    • Cognate Training & Development work experience in Engineering & Training Consulting Firms.
    • An MBA will be an added advantage.
    • A Certified Trainer by Center for Management Development (CMD)

    Lonadek Global Services seeks to hire an Operations Manager to join her leadership team. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation of our Business Development Processes which involves making strategic decisions, generating revenue through aggressive sales, developing & implementing operational policies with procedures and as well as promote the company’s culture that encourages morale and performance.

    Operations Manager Responsibilities:

    • Increase Revenue Generation through Sales
    • Develop and implement strategy for the expansion on the company Services in both Oil and Gas sector, other private and the public sectors.
    • Make Important Policy, Planning, and Strategy Decisions.
    • Develop, Implement and Review Operational Policies and Procedures.
    • Help Promote a Company Culture that encourages Top Performance and High Morale.
    • Oversee Departmental Budgeting, Reporting, Planning, and Auditing.
    • Work with the Board of Directors to determine Values and Mission, and Plan for Short and Long-Term Goals.
    • Identify and Address Problems and Opportunities for the company.
    • Build Alliances and Partnerships with other Organizations.
    • Oversee proposal development bid packages and subcontractor agreements
    • Provide cost and risk management
    • Work with R&D / QA / QC / Engineering in Trouble Shooting and making root cause analysis for different problems
    • Provide Inspired Leadership for the Organisation.
    • Work with Senior Stakeholders.
    • Support Worker Communication with the Management Team.

    Operations Manager Requirements:

    • A Masters’ Degree in Business Administration (or a related field)
    • A First Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Petroleum Engineering.
    • 15+ years’ cognate working experience of which 7 (Seven) of those years should be in a management, operations and leadership position.
    • Understanding of General Finance and Budgeting, including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash-flow Management.
    • Relevant Oil & Gas Industry and management experience
    • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skill
    • Ability to Build Consensus and Relationships among Managers, Partners, and Employees.
    • Being Digital Savvy is a MUST.
