    Video Retoucher

    Job Responsibilities

    • Meeting with the director to determine production vision.
    • Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list.
    • Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
    • Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
    • Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.
    • Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
    • Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
    • Consulting with the director and production team throughout the project.
    • Creating the final cut for broadcasting.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, or related field.
    • 3 - 5 years work experience.
    • Previous work experience as a video editor.
    • Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, and Premier.
    • Creative and artistic skills.
    • Familiarity with 3D composition and special effects.
    • Portfolio of completed film productions.
    • Ability to work to a tight schedule.
    • Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.

    Business Development / Admin Officer

    Job Description

    • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
    • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
    • Recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.

    Programs - Field Coordinator

    Job Description

    • Reviewing specific aspects of field Travel & Expense (T&E) reports.
    • Ensuring that all required receipts/documentation are attached and legible with each report.
    • Ensuring that a legible Attendee Documentation Sheet (ADS) is attached for each corresponding Concur Lunch & Learn entry and that the data on the ADS matches the Concur entry.
    • Effectively communicating (timely/concisely) with field managers and sales specialists, when appropriate, to ensure compliance.
    • Meeting planning (local/regional)
    • Calendar support (field ride requests, team meetings)
    • Assisting in the coordination of conventions/congresses staffing.
    • Preparing and updating routine documents and creating general correspondence.
    • In coordination with corporate services for any changes/updates to the initiative, begin to take action including Creating templates, Setting up a new SharePoint site, Preparing memos, Developing and maintaining guidelines and formatting, Creating PDF documents, Escalate as appropriate for approvals.

    Requirements

    • Qualified candidates must have a B.Sc in any of the Agricultural Courses.
    • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field
    • The role requires frequent traveling.
