    Team Manager (Technical)

    As a team leader at Tek Experts you will have a strategic role to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered through your team of support engineers. You will build and manage an end-to-end service operations team of 20-30 passionate professionals and be responsible for overall performance of the team. Acting as a key business leader, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers, delivery teams and senior management. Working on the Office 365 team you will review all cases related to Office 365. You do not need to be technical, but do need to know how to manage a team of technical support engineers.

    Operations Manager (Service Delivery Manager)

    • Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the global leader of Consumer and client director informed of all critical issues
    • Responsible for a wider perspective of metrics achievement
    • Manage section and delivery managers locally
    • Run, analyze reports and create action items to improve the operation and ensure metrics achievement
    • Manage headcount numbers and work with the client director to update the quotas/targets
    • Open communication with the delivery team to review team’s status, metrics, possible issues/needs and proceed with actions. Also to keep the managers updated on latest news, action plans, etc
    • Concurrent meetings with customer’s managers, if needed
    • Ensure that the support team meet KIPs and SLA
    • Attend regular operational and business review meetings
    • Participate in the review processes and workflow to diagnose areas for improvement

An essential contributor to our high-performing team, the Junior Recruiter will also be responsible for the successful operation of the candidate management function, interviewing processes and on-boarding activities.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing applicant process and procedures.
    • Establishe recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
    • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
    • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
    • Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment.
    • Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting “best practices” and providing accurate, thorough documentation on applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.
    •  Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide exemplary customer service, gain industry knowledge, and obtain referrals and sales leads.
    • Coordinates company’s participation in job fairs and hiring sessions.
    • Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline. 
    • Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews. 
    • Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.

    Skills and competencies

    • Proven experience in recruitment and training or as an in house recruiter, headhunter or within a recruitment agency.
    • Familiar with recruitment on multi-media means of recruitment: Facebook, LinkedIn, etc
    • Active, hardworking, enthusiastic, willing to work over time, love contact and networking with people
    • Good knowledge of MS Office
