    Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Supervisor to join our restaurant and lounge team.
    • As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and lounge, including food and beverage service, customer satisfaction, and staff management.
    • You will be expected to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, while also driving sales growth and improving profitability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and lounge, including food and beverage service, customer satisfaction, and staff management
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
    • Manage and lead a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses, including scheduling, training, and performance management
    • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and cash handling procedures
    • Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to optimize menu offerings, pricing, and promotions
    • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant and lounge
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, employment, and liquor licensing
    • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving
    • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales growth and improve profitability
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and promote employee development and growth.

    Requirements

    • 1 year experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
    • Knowledge of restaurant and lounge operations, including food and beverage preparation, service, and presentation
    • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and financial reporting tools.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
    • Experience with marketing and social media platforms
    • Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and liquor licensing laws.
