    HR & Admin

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time HR & Admin role at Syx Labs.
    • As an HR & Admin, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, performance management, and personnel management.
    • This is a hybrid role, based in Lekki, but with the flexibility to work remotely when needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR systems, policies, and procedures to support our growing organization.
    • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and stay up-to-date on any changes that may impact the company.
    • Coordinate employee training and development programs, identifying opportunities for growth and skill enhancement.
    • Oversee day-to-day employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive work environment.
    • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
    • Collaborate with management to establish and maintain competitive compensation and benefits packages.
    • Continuously assess and improve HR processes and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of creating and implementing HR systems and processes.
    • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage employee relations.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for shaping the future of HR systems.
