    Marketing and Sales Executive

    Job Role:

    As a Marketing and Sales Executive at Greyoaks you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our properties through effective marketing strategies and client relationship management. You will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close deals.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote properties, attract potential buyers or tenants, and generate leads.
    • Utilize a variety of marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, online advertising, and print materials, to reach target audiences and maximize exposure.
    • Create engaging marketing content, including property listings, brochures, flyers, and presentations, to showcase properties and highlight their unique features.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
    • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry contacts through networking, follow-up communications, and client meetings.
    • Coordinate property viewings and tours for potential buyers or tenants, providing information and assistance throughout the process.
    • Prepare sales contracts and agreements, negotiate terms and conditions, and facilitate the closing process in collaboration with the sales team.
    • Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales results, to evaluate effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve marketing and sales strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 2 years of experience in marketing and sales roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
    • Proven track record of success in driving sales and executing effective marketing campaigns.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and prospects.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for real estate and a strong eye for detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
    • Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and industry practices.
