    Procurement Personnel

    Duties and Responsibilities
    In collaboration with the Cost Control Department, the Procurement Personnel is responsible for execution of the following activities:

    • Negotiate and execute contract agreements for the supply of materials, goods and services.
    • Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
    • Prepare and edit contracts between the company and potential suppliers.
    • Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner.
    • Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives.
    • Develop and implement effective procurement proposals.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5 years experience in a similar role in Supply Chain Management.
    • B.Sc in any related field
    • Sound understanding and experience in Procurement & Logistics / Supply in the Construction Industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications.
