    Brand / Communications Manager

    We provide sales force and marketing automation solutions to businesses in the FMCG segment that bring transparency and efficiency, driving growth in sales & marketing. We currently boast over 7,000 users in 2 countries, capturing $28 million+ worth of transactions monthly. Our client portfolio includes some of the top FMCG brands such as Kellogg’s, Kimberly Clark, and Colgate.   
    About the Role 

    The brand / comms manager is focused on building Mplify’s impact driven brand image. This individual will be empowering the go-to-market team, attracting new customers and investors through various marketing initiatives.  

    KPI: Qualified Leads generated 

    Responsibilities

    • Developing a strong understanding of products, competition, industry and marketing goals and objectives of the industry
    • Actively writing / generating content that highlights the impact we are driving as a brand – product demos, decks, presentations, case studies, infographics, articles, etc.  
    • Understanding analytics and data and using them to create effective content strategies
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the industry’s best practices, strategies, and offerings including inbound marketing
    • Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage SEO, social media, inbound marketing, email campaigns, and events to grow customer acquisition  
    • Ensure all communication across the product and related assets are coherent with the overall marketing strategy  Requirements:
    • Exceptional storyteller - communication skills, both oral and written, coupled  
    • The ideal candidate should be strategy driven with a research-based approach
    • Proven marketing and sales development experience in the tech industry of at least 2 years
    • Savvy with LinkedIn sales navigator, lead generation, inbound marketing strategies  
    • Networking in the FMCG segment is an added advantage
    • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
