    Corporate Marketer

    Work Mode: Hybrid

    Job Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's life insurance products and services to corporate clients

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to corporate clients to promote life insurance products and services.
    2. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the corporate life insurance segment.
    3. Create compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and whitepapers, to effectively communicate the value proposition to corporate clients.
    4. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, consultants, and industry associations to expand the company's presence in the corporate life insurance market.
    5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    6. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate life insurance marketing to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
    7. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop new products, services, and marketing strategies tailored to the evolving needs of corporate clients.
    8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand awareness and establish thought leadership in the corporate life insurance sector.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Proven experience (3-5years) in corporate marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
    • Strong understanding of corporate life insurance products, market dynamics, and customer segments.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
    • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
