    Customer Service Officer (Female)

    Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email.
    • Conduct telemarketing activities and follow up with potential clients.
    • Manage social media platforms to engage with customers effectively.
    • Assist walk-in prospective customers and facilitate sales transactions.
    • Coordinate and manage training events and customer service campaigns/projects.

    Skills Required

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven experience in customer service and sales.
    • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Diligent and fast learner, adaptable to evolving tasks and responsibilities.
