• We are seeking a talented Multimedia Coordinator to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging multimedia content, including graphics design, photography, videography, and editing.
• This role requires a creative mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Designing visually appealing graphics for online platforms, promotional materials, and event collateral.
• Capturing high-quality photos and videos during events, classes, and other activities.
• Editing and enhancing multimedia content to ensure consistency and professionalism.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop multimedia campaigns and strategies.
• Managing multimedia equipment and ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality.
• Ensuring all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Optimizing multimedia content for various digital platforms and devices to maximize reach and impact.
• Analyzing performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on multimedia content and improve effectiveness over time.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate ideas for new multimedia initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 3 - 4 years in multimedia content creation, including graphics design, photography, videography, editing, and MUST have a knack for storytelling.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
• Strong photography and videography skills, with the ability to capture compelling visuals.
• Excellent editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of online platforms and social media trends.
