    Procurement/Contract Engineer

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Negotiate with suppliers
    • Evaluating supplier options
    • Ensuring compliance in all procurement transactions
    • Research potential vendors
    • Performing regular performance reviews with suppliers
    • Relationship maintenance with suppliers
    • Review quality of purchased products
    • Administers the bid pricing process
    • Communicating equipment needs to the supplier
    • Conduct vendor evaluation and registration
    • Determination of equipment and supplies requirements
    • Prepare procurement plans
    • Resolves commercial clarifications with vendors
    • Sourcing selection

    REQUIREMENT

    • BSC/HND in relevant field
    • Must have at least 3 years experience in procurement (oil and gas)
    • Must have technical knowledge in the oil and gas sector
    • Must be resident in Eleme and its environs
