    Property Manager

    Job Description:

    Juremi Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our diverse portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in surveying, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in property management. If you have a proven track record of successfully managing properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and optimizing property performance, we encourage you to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    Property Portfolio Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
    • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
    • Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, and concerns, and resolving issues promptly.

    Lease Administration:

    • Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
    • Ensure accurate and timely rent collection and enforce lease terms.

    Financial Management:

    • Prepare and manage property budgets.
    • Monitor and report on financial performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

    Maintenance and Repairs:

    • Coordinate and supervise property maintenance and repair activities.
    • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.

    Legal Compliance:

    • Stay informed about local property laws and regulations.
    • Ensure properties comply with all relevant legal requirements.

    Reporting:

    • Generate and present regular reports on property performance.
    • Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for optimizing property value.

    Requirements:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Real Estate Management, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing commercial and residential properties.

    Certification:

    • Valid surveyor license.

    Skills:

    • Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in property management software.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

    Leadership:

    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a property management team.

    Problem-Solving:

    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions.

    Organizational Skills:

    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Customer Focus:

    • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service to tenants and stakeholders.
