    Communication and Marketing Manager

    We are looking for an experienced Communications Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience to join our dynamic team and drive strategic communication and marketing initiatives!

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with Juremi Group's overall business goals.
    2. Manage internal communication channels to keep employees informed about company news, updates, and initiatives.
    3. Actively source and pursue government contracts, working collaboratively with relevant departments to identify and secure opportunities.
    4. Oversee external communications, including media relations, public relations, and government relations.
    5. Guide and participate in the development of integrated marketing communication (IMC) strategies for marketing campaigns.
    6. Manage the end-to-end process of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs), ensuring timely and compelling responses.
    7. Collaborate and oversee the marketing team to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.
    8. Build and maintain relationships with media government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
    9. Lead crisis communication planning and response efforts to safeguard the organization's reputation.
    10. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
    11. Work closely with the Digital Marketer to integrate digital communication strategies into online marketing efforts.
    12. Manage and oversee communication budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    2. Proven experience of 5 years minimum as a Communications Manager or in a similar role.
    3. Strong understanding of communication strategies, public relations, and marketing principles.
    4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
    5. Experience in managing media relations and responding to media inquiries.
    6. Proven success in sourcing and securing government contracts.
    7. Ability to navigate and execute the end-to-end process of RFPs and RFQs, ensuring comprehensive and competitive responses.
    8. Ability to develop and execute crisis communication plans effectively.
    9. Proficient in using analytics tools to measure communication effectiveness.
    10. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
    11. Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative ideas to communication and marketing initiatives.
    12. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
    13. Familiarity with digital marketing and online communication channels.
    14. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

    Property Manager

    Job Description:

    Juremi Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our diverse portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in surveying, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.     Property Portfolio Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties.

    Reporting:

    Requirements:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Real Estate Management, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing commercial and residential properties.

    Certification:

    • Valid surveyor license.

    Skills:

    • Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
