    Data Controller

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for project documentation and control in accordance with the document control requirements.
    • Supporting and maintaining data management and data processing. Manage document filing and retrieval system for reports, correspondence, logs, maps, and figures.
    • Manage and maintain a record of documents submitted by CONTRACTOR(S) which include drawings and design document and consolidate for status reporting such documents for review, comments and approval based on establish document control procedure.
    • Administer receipt and transmission of documents based on document control requirements including with respect to control and uncontrolled designation of document.
    • Generate an electronic weekly MDR (Master Deliverable Register) and weekly outstanding user to-do-list record for information to all personnel.
    • Performs electronic file backup on a monthly basis (backup in project server).
    • Handling Construction and QA/QC transmittal for incoming and outgoing, such as JMS (Job Method Statement), JHA (Job Hazard Analysis), FCS (Field Change Sheet),
    • Request for Inspection (RFI), Non-Conformance Report (NCR), etc.
    • Record and administer technical drawings NCR/SN, inspection records, specifications progress, vendor documents, final documentations, procedures etc.
    • Provide advisory/training to Project team if any difficulty in using EDMS.
    • Process documents in accordance with COMPANY's procedures and requirements in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
    • Ensure template of presentation / document / drawing utilize in the project are align and update.
    • Familiarity with the processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements of the oil and gas industry, including project lifecycle phases such as exploration, drilling, production, and decommissioning.
    • Ability to handle large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality, while also maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    Academic Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and familiarity with standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management) or API Q1 (Quality Management System Requirements for Oil and Natural Gas Industry) may be advantageous.

    Work Experience

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience working in a document control role, preferably in the oil and gas industry or a related field, to understand the specific requirements and challenges of managing project documentation

    Site Planner

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Providing clear and concise communication of schedule deviations and impacts to the project management team to ensure early impacts to schedule are highlighted.
    • Supporting the development and implementation of the project specific advanced work packaging
    • Producing resource plans including rosters, working patterns, resource profiles, headcount requirement and information to support training and recruitment requirements
    • Ability to design and plan the layout of oil and gas facilities, considering factors such as terrain, environmental regulations, and safety requirements.
    • Ability to coordinate with various teams involved in site planning, including engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Developing comprehensive Basis of Schedule documents outlining schedule assumptions, construction sequencing, calendars, weather, resources, equipment and Critical Path information
    • Capacity to identify potential hazards and risks associated with site planning activities and implement measures to mitigate them.
    • Awareness of environmental impacts associated with oil and gas operations and ability to incorporate sustainable practices into site planning processes.
    • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions to optimize site layout and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Capability to adapt to changing project requirements, environmental conditions, and regulatory standards throughout the site planning process.
    • Thoroughness in reviewing site plans and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

    Academic Qualification:

    • Minimum of HND/BSc in relevant discipline

    Work Experience

    • Minimum of 7 years’ multi discipline project execution planning experience combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and industry experience is essential

    KEY SKILLS

    • Experience on large Oil & Gas, Mining, Infrastructure, Marine construction projects.
    • Experienced in Primavera (P6) and all MS Office suite applications and data management tools such as PowerBI (preferred).
    • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, or related field would be advantageous.
    • Willingness and ability to undertake regular site travel as part of this position.
    • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing land use, environmental protection, and safety standards in the oil and gas industry.
    • Effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and regulatory agencies, to convey project requirements and address concerns.
    • Familiarity with relevant software tools for site planning, such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, GIS (Geographic Information System) tools, and project management software.

    Mechanical Construction Supervisor – Piping

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate all mechanical piping activities in the construction and maintenance phases of the project.
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders tensure seamless execution of piping installations.
    • Conduct regular inspections tverify the quality of workmanship and materials, and ensure that all piping work complies with project specifications, industry codes, and safety standards.
    • Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials required for piping installations.
    • Coordinate with procurement tensure timely availability of piping materials.
    • Motivate and coach team members tachieve high productivity and quality standards.

    • Communicate effectively with project management, engineers, and other stakeholders regarding piping progress and issues.
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on piping installation, including daily reports, punch lists, and nonconformance reports.
    • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related tpiping installations promptly.
    • Collaborate with the project team tfind effective solutions ttechnical and logistical problems.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, codes, and standards governing quality in construction and refining projects.

    Academic Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

    Work Experience

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a piping supervisor or foreman, supervising mechanical piping activities in construction and maintenance projects, preferably in the crude refining industry.

    Construction Equipment Superintendent

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the operation of construction equipment, including cranes, bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and other heavy machinery, to ensure safe and efficient performance.
    • Develop and implement procedures and protocols for the safe operation of construction equipment, in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Coordinate equipment deployment and scheduling to support project activities, ensuring that the right equipment is available at the right time and location.
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to assess equipment needs, identify potential challenges, and develop solutions to optimize equipment utilization.
    • Monitor equipment performance and productivity metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Oversee equipment maintenance and repair activities, including scheduling routine maintenance, coordinating repairs with vendors or in-house maintenance teams, and ensuring that equipment downtime is minimized.
    • Conduct regular inspections of construction equipment to assess condition, identify potential safety hazards, and ensure compliance with maintenance standards.
    • Manage equipment inventory, including tracking equipment usage, monitoring fuel consumption, and maintaining accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
    • Provide training and guidance to equipment operators and maintenance personnel on safe equipment operation practices, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance procedures.
    • Collaborate with procurement teams to assess equipment needs, evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate contracts for equipment rental, purchase, or leasing. 

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.
    • Extensive experience (typically 7-10 years) in construction equipment operation and maintenance, with a focus on heavy machinery used in the oil and gas industry.
    • Strong knowledge of construction equipment types, capabilities, and best practices for safe operation and maintenance.
    • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards governing the operation of construction equipment, including OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
    • Leadership abilities, with experience in supervising and mentoring equipment operators and maintenance personnel.
    • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other software tools used for equipment tracking, scheduling, and reporting.
    • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing equipment-related issues to minimize project delays and disruptions.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
    • Commitment to safety and a demonstrated track record of promoting a culture of safety excellence within construction teams.

    KEY SKILLS

    • Deep knowledge of oil and gas processing equipment, systems, and technologies is essential. This includes familiarity with upstream, midstream, and downstream processes such as drilling, production, refining, and distribution.
    • Understanding and adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry best practices are critical. This includes knowledge of safety management systems, risk assessments, and emergency response procedures.
    • Proficiency in commissioning methodologies, procedures, and standards specific to the oil and gas industry is necessary. This includes familiarity with codes such as API (American Petroleum Institute) standards and ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) codes.
    • Ability to manage complex commissioning projects within the constraints of time, cost, and quality.
    • Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing resources, and mitigating project risks is invaluable.
    • Capacity to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues that arise during the commissioning process. This may involve conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
    • Effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, is essential. This includes clear written and verbal communication, as well as the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
    • Understanding of QA/QC processes and procedures to ensure that commissioning activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
