    Content Creator / Social Media Specialist

    Role Description

    • We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator / Social Media Specialist to join our team at Scruples Resource Limited. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing captivating content and managing our social media presence to promote our brand, services, and industry insights.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Content Creation:

    • Develop and produce engaging and compelling content, including videos, articles, blog posts, infographics, and more, across various digital platforms.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation strategies.

    Social Media Management:

    • Create and execute social media content calendars to maintain a consistent brand presence and engage with our audience on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

    • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with our followers to build and nurture our online community.

    Copywriting:

    • Write clear, concise, and creative copy for social media posts, video scripts, advertisements, and other promotional materials.

    Video Production:

    • Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content, including industry insights, employee features, and client testimonials.

    Content Strategy:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative content strategies aligned with our business objectives and target audience preferences.
    • Brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for content campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.

    SEO Optimization:

    • Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance brand awareness.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
    • Generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future content strategies.

    Brand Consistency:

    • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging standards to maintain a consistent brand image and voice across all channels.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
    • Proven experience (with a solid portfolio) as a Content Creator / Social Media Specialist in a digital marketing environment, with emphasis on content creation and social media management.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and software.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital analytics tools.
    • Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to generate innovative ideas.
    • Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    Systems Completion Engineer / Specialist III

    Main Functions

    • The Systems Completion Engineer / Specialist is accountable for the engineering activity covering planning, program generation and execution of completion operations within the wells team. Owns the Systems Completion Process.

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3:

    • Provide overall Systems Completion leadership and expertise, including all matters related to commissioning and turnover/systems acceptance. Also, provides engineering definition and planning to support mechanical completion.
    • Collaborates with Operations/EPC Contractor to ensure a safe and effective execution of Systems Completion activities and to ensure all Systems Completion contract requirements are met
    • Manages Systems Completion interfaces between PMT and EPC Contractor to facilitate successful commissioning and hand-over
    • Provides assistance to EPC Contractor for utilization of a computerized Completion Management System for tracking, certification and quality purposes
    • Applies Systems Completion lessons learned from previous projects
    • Collaborates with and supports the start-up team to achieve a successful turnover, start-up and acceptance by Operations
    • Assist PMT in meeting Clients expectations as required.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Good supervisory skills and ability to work within a team
    • Project Systems Completion/commissioning experience with offshore facilities.
    • Worldwide experience with Contractors, in particular those involved in the construction of offshore facilities
    • Prior experience interfacing with Offshore Operational department.

    Inspection Advisor II

    Main Functions

    • Promote safety within area of specialty
    • Provide a very high level of quality expertise in inspection disciplines such as rotating equipment, instrumentation and electrical equipment, fixed equipment or Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) (e.g. NDE Level III for instance)
    • Advise on all quality matters associated with procurement and installation of equipment
    • Monitor production processes and perform surveillance activities in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
    • Coordinate and oversee activities of 3rd party and/or Contractor source inspectors
    • Perform surveillance activities, quality inspection activities in accordance with the Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
    • Provide direction to suppliers on quality management. Review and evaluate Contractor’s and Suppliers’ quality documents for accuracy and adequacy
    • Manage interfaces and coordination between Suppliers, Contractors, Quality Supervision and other Project Team disciplines (e.g. Engineering, Construction)
    • Lead development and execution of detailed oversight program for high criticality activities or critical equipment inspections.
    • Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), final inspection release activities, review of supplier Quality Control documents and support closure of punch list items
    • Keep Quality supervision updated with status of quality issues

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership / expertise in quality inspection activities, make judgments and decisions the technical and physical adequacy of associated equipment and systems
    • Provides input to and validate Contractor’s / Supplier procedures for inspection and for testing / examining components
    • Generate, review and revise operational procedures for inspection and test equipment
    • Interface with Quality and Engineering disciplines to provide inspection and testing expertise in the development and review of drawings, procedures and Project plans
    • Support project with the development of method statements and/or examination technique recommendations for equipment inspections; travel to construction and/or fabrication site when requested to review and make technical advice for compliance with specified requirements
    • Coordinate activities of 3rd party and Contractor’s inspectors within discipline, in conjunction with Supplier’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) team
    • Utilize Quality Management expertise to perform audits and/or assessments of Contractors / Supplier implementation of inspection activities and document deficiencies
    • Perform supplementary inspections and verifications in accordance with requirements of the Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP) and the Project Surveillance Plan(s)
    • Provide early warning of potential quality problems and the expertise to avoid / resolve them

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Engineering or Science preferred
    • Experience executing project construction or quality assurance/control of procurement or construction activities
    • Manufacturing, fabrication or construction experience related to project scope
    • Recent experience in selected inspection discipline
    • Willing and able to business travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites to provide various levels of support

    Turnaround Advisor III

    Job Summary

    • Advisor in role as TA Manager or Event Manager on major Events.
    • They should have an understanding of safety, health, and environmental requirements (SHE).
    • Broadly experienced maintenance professionals who provide strategic, cross-functional and industry leadership that impacts identification of business opportunities, development of tools / technology or improved maintenance practices to address business needs, and application of maintenance best practices within their facility or organization, with particular focus on safety, reliability, and cost management.

     Responsibilities

    • Frequently serve as Network Coordinators, or internal consultants to various Turn-Around or major maintenance activities.
    • Advisor roles typically provide leadership in the areas of Maintenance practice training, and may lead ImplementatioN 

    Review visits at the Operating Sites such as:

    • Shutdown Management System (SDMS) or Turnaround (T/A) Cold Eye Readiness Review (CER’s)
    • Fundamentals of M&R, Planning, Scheduling, SAP PM
    • Reviews leading to efficiency gains in other aspects of the M&R System
    • May play a key role in setting direction and usage expectations / efficiency gains to be expected from Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Spare Parts identification (SPID) systems.
    • May serve the organization through the Identification of improvement opportunities in the Maintenance and Repair space - including Best Practices support, development, upgrade, implementation, etc.
    • Provides technical expertise and facilitates consistent coordination of risk assessments, incident investigation.
    • May provide technical support and input to training development and delivery.
    • Coordinates development of maintenance design philosophies including project specific specifications, as appropriate.
    • May specialize in Routine or Turn-Around Maintenance and be a global expert in either discipline.

    Requirements

    • Experience in Major TA or Event Management roles that include the following:
    • Event/Turnaround Manager role
    • Integrated TA/Project Execution
    • TA Network and other ExxonMobil facility knowledge
    • Expert proficiency in most TA Management skills (e.g. execution planning, contracting/procurement, cost estimating, project controls, planning & scheduling, organization design, etc. )
    • Experience in TA review and/or execution at least two other ExxonMobil facilities
    • Demonstrates expert maintenance, reliability, and/or TA skills
    • Ability to influence without authority and interact at all levels within an organization.
    • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse groups
    • Able to network effectively across organizations.
    • Fluent in English (speaking, writing)
