    Head of Fintech Operations

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the development of a programmatic process for fintech deals with executive team
    • Identify friction points for fintech and market sales team in prospecting, pitching, pitching, onboarding and growing new business.
    • Set standards for client experience and work with client services, risk, operations, sales and finance to ensure they are met.
    • Lead the development of frameworks and content centrally that can be repeatedly used by market sales teams
    • Work with finance and other teams to solve any challenges to get a picture of the pipeline.
    • Develop strategic and operational plans for fintech business, leading thought leadership on the value of fintech to the broader business.
    • Report and interact with senior management to indicate the status of fintech deal progress.
    • Work with management team to structure their cluster fintech sales teams.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • A minimum of B.Sc or HND in a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience as Head of Fintech is a Must.
    • Extensive experience in the payments/Fintech/Banking/telecoms or related technology industry with experience of operating in a Microfinance Bank System.
    • Strong communication and analytical skills.

    Facility Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Direct, supervise and evaluate operational activities of all staff
    • Ensure prompt preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance.
    • Work towards improving the efficiency of care and organize the records of facility services.
    • Inspect condition or functioning of facilities or equipment.
    • Liaising with a variety of professionals.
    • Utilize problem-solving and technical skills to find creative solutions for administrative and operational problems.
    • Regularly presenting reports of company activities to senior management.
    • Overseeing all facility management function to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Performing other duties as assigned by Management.

    Education, Certification and Experience Requirements

    • 5+ years previous experience in facility management.
    • Extensive experience managing commercial, residential and infrastructural facilities
    • Bachelors Degree (Minimum)
    • Microsoft Office software knowledge.
