Its full operation commenced on 13th November 2015. The operation commenced on our approved routes with 434 Youtong high-capacity buses. Major terminals are located at Ikorodu, Agric, and Mile12, BRT lane extension from Ikorodu to Mile12.

    Warehouse Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise the operations of the warehouse and all facets including ordering, receiving, processing, recording and distributing supplies and materials; preparing and maintaining detailed records and files.
    • Manage, oversee, supervise and participate in Warehouse operations.
    • Supervise forklift and pallet jack operations.
    • Supervise load and brief staff on materials to be loaded or on assembly of items to be dispatched.
    • Check with staff for changes that could affect delivery schedule; make schedule adjustments as needed.
    • Check documents for thoroughness and completeness and prepare additional documentation when necessary.
    • Ensure the replenishment of stock as at when due.
    • Oversee the receipt and dispersal of materials entering or leaving warehouse; help warehouse staff with this task when required.
    • Take periodic inventories
    • Maintain health and safety standards in the warehouse environment
    • Receive and maintain equipment, materials and tools
    • Maintain records of equipment, materials and products
    • Perform related tasks as required.

    Information Technology Officer

    Responsiblities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for all staff seeking technical assistance.
    • Maintains stock of equipment, consumables, and other supplies
    • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, system network, printers, scanners and more
    • Identifies, investigates, and resolves user problems with computer software and hardware
    • Arranges maintenance services with software or hardware vendors to repair or replace defective products
    • Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends
    • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
    • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
    • Checking computer equipment for electrical safety

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
    • 2 years of experience in technical support
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical employees
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software
