    Legal Associate (NYSC)

    Job Description

    • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic NYSC Legal Associate to join our Client's esteemed team.
    • This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate (That has been called to the Nigerian Bar) looking to gain practical experience and enhance their legal skills in a supportive environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct legal research on various issues and provide analysis and recommendations to the legal team.
    • Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
    • Review and analyze case files, statutes, and regulations.
    • Prepare briefs, pleadings, and motions for submission to courts and administrative bodies.
    • Attend court proceedings, hearings, and client meetings as required.
    • Maintain organized and updated case files and databases.
    • Collaborate with senior Lawyers and partners on complex legal matters.
    • Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university.
    • 1+ years relevant work experience.
    • Currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program (Has been called to the Nigerian Bar).
    • Strong academic record with a keen interest in law and legal practice.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Prior internship or work experience in a law firm or legal department is preferred but not required.

    Litigation Clerk (NYSC)

    Job Description

    • We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented NYSC Litigation Clerk to join our dynamic client's team. As an NYSC Litigation Clerk, you will work closely with the head litigation clerk to support various aspects of litigation proceedings. While legal experience is not required, a strong interest in law and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting lawyers in preparing legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions.
    • Conducting legal research under the supervision of litigation clerk.
    • Maintaining case files and organizing documents for litigation matters.
    • Application and collection of CTC's
    • Attending court proceedings and taking notes as directed.
    • Providing general administrative support to the legal team as needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in any field from a recognized institution.
    • Currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Prior legal experience or knowledge of legal terminology is a plus but not required.

    Client Service Executive

    Job Description

    • Our Client is currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join the team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of the business.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Understand client needs and requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
    • Coordinate the delivery of services to clients, including scheduling cleaning appointments, managing HR processes, and facilitating corporate gifting orders with the support of other team members.
