Responsibilities

• Perform customized client activities and ad-hoc client requests as appropriate
• Attracts, develops, and manages relationships through generated leads
• Monitor and measure client satisfaction
• Offer advice to clients on services and products

Requirements

• A Bachelors degree in any field
• 3+ years experience as a client services associate
• Candidate must be working in bank or have banking experience
• Experience in customer service and relationship management is key
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excels in financial analytics
• Basic knowledge of financial planning and investment management
