    Supermarket Manager

    Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Supermarket Manager to join their team in AGBARA, Lagos! As the Supermarket Manager, you will oversee the store’s operations, manage staff, maintain inventory, and ensure that customers enjoy a positive shopping experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership & Team Management:

    • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees, ensuring all staff members are trained, engaged, and delivering excellent customer service.

    Customer Service:

    • Ensure a high standard of customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints, and providing a welcoming environment.

    Inventory & Stock Management:

    • Oversee inventory control, ensure shelves are stocked, and manage orders with vendors to meet demand while minimizing waste.

    Operational Efficiency:

    • Manage daily operations, including cash handling, scheduling, and ensuring store cleanliness and organization.

    Sales & Profitability:

    • Monitor sales, implement merchandising strategies, and optimize store performance to meet revenue and profitability goals.

    Compliance & Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Supermarket Manager or in a similar retail management role.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • High level of integrity and honesty.
    • Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong understanding of inventory management, sales analysis, and merchandising.
    • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
    • Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations in the grocery/retail industry.
    • Proficient in using POS systems and retail management software.
    • Intersted candidate must reside in Agbara axis
