Junior Business Analyst (Corper) at Virtual Staffing

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business
• Working closely with management you will collate data understand and communicate the business requirements for any new project, translating them into clear and accurate user stories and functional specifications in a format that is understood by all business stakeholders.
• Work on assigned projects as they move through the development life cycle from planning through to release, reporting impediments, risks and dependencies and report findings to management
• Work closely with various Stakeholders to create and deliver the product roadmap.
• Proactively participate in developing and maintaining team standards, tools and best practices.
• Must demonstrate the will and ability to keep going and maintain high levels of performance and commitment to the business

Key Requirements

• Must be a fresh graduate with a minimum of second class upper currently serving in Lagos and resident within Ajah Axis.
• Experience working with senior decision makers
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Proven analytical background
• Advanced Excel skills
