3D Expert at Anais Design

Responsibilities

• Provide multiple ideas and concepts for interior design projects
• Consider how space will be used and how people will move through space
• Utilize AutoCAD and 3-D rendering programs and techniques to develop architectural renderings
• Develop schematics and floor plans clearly defining furniture and display placement
• Create ‘mood boards’ to sample your design vision
• Conceptualize and sketch design plans, including electrical and partition layouts
• Specify and source for materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
• Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
• Place orders for materials and oversee the installation of the design elements
• Oversee construction and coordinate with general building contractors to implement the plans and specifications for the project
• Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met

Requirements

• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs/software
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
• Communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills
