    Job Functions

    • Monitoring of Data Recovery Centre
    • User Support Management
    • Handle LAN design, rollout, expansion and fixing
    • Provide adequate Network support, troubleshooting and fault resolution to ensure 100% availability.
    • Promptly escalate link outages to Providers and team for detailed troubleshooting.
    • Handle the deployment, testing and connection of new links to branches and offsite
    • Qualification/Requirements:
    • OND/HND in Computer Science
    • ITIL Foundation, Cisco Network and Security certification
    • Excellent communication skills.
