Head of Primary School (grade 1-6) at BridgeHall Academy

Details:

This role involves leading and managing academic roles of a primary school.

• Candidate must have experience working with startups and must be ready to multitask 
• Candidate must be provide and lead strategic directions for the school in line with the whole vision of the school
• Design, customize and implement National, Montessori and British curriculum in a way that is relevant to the needs of the pupils and enables pupils achieve excellence in learning
• Develop and maintain the primary school's extended curriculum and extra curricular programme 
• Maintain and promote an effective  partnership with parents to support and improve pupils achievement and personal development
• Work closely with the academic and administrative team on all operational matters related to the smooth running of the school

Experience 

• Teaching Degree (BSc)
• Must be registered with TRCN
• At least 4 years work experience in teaching and managing a primary school
• Postgraduate degree in Education/Leadership & Administration
• Experience in a school start up setting is a plus
