AC Technician at GPFI Limited

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance on technical components (ALL)
• Monitor of incoming & out-going voltage supply of equipment at regular intervals. (ELECT)
• Monitoring water supply system in the facilities (PLUMBING)
• Monitor the running current of equipment (ELECT)
• Monitor the cleaning and gardening services
• Responsible for SLA Management
• Management of all PPM
• Complete all mechanical/electrical maintenance timely adopting company’s maintenance standard (ALL)
• Monitor equipment performance to ensure maximum performance and troubleshooting for repairs & calibration thereby escalating such to technical supervisor or Contract manager as the case may be for resolution (ALL)
• Monitor operating pressure and temperature of Equipment (ALL)
• Maintain strong safety mind-set to ensure the executed work reflects the technical expertise of the company thereby leaving client’s facilities/equipment in a serene state than they were  prior maintenance (ALL)
• Monitor all  set points to keep  equipment within allowable  temperature (ALL)
• Monitor all thermostat to keep facilities within a comfortable temperature (HVAC)
• Installation & servicing of equipment units. (ALL)
• Be ready to perform technical service, maintenance, unplanned callout. (ALL)
• Clean up all return air filters/terminals as required (HVAC)
• Check Equipment against any abnormal noise or vibration (ALL)
• Monitor performance of Equipment cooling units with pressured water (HVAC)
• Calibrate configurations of machines. (ALL)
• Attend to all calls during working and non-working hours (ALL)
• Provide technical documentation to supervisor (ALL)
• Prepare timely and accurate technical updates on client’s equipment/facilities in technical operation log book for reference in future outages (ALL)
• Perform other task as may be assigned by contract manager
