Accounting Assistant at Constrix Real Estate Development Ltd

Job Description

• We are looking to hire a resourceful individual who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the accountant, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail, basic bookkeeping and preparing statutory accounts, calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.

Qualifications and Skills

• BSc. Accounting, Bonking & Finance and any other related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Previous experience as an accounting assistant or accounting clerk.
• Excellent problem-solving skills ore essential. Multitasking, analytical
• and proactive skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and powerpoint)
• Written and orol communication skills, customer service and good
• people management skills.
• Ability to learn fast and work with little supervision.
• Ability to network ond make meaningful connections with prospective
• Clients, existing Clients and Colleagues by gaining their trust and respect.
• Knowledge of Sage accounting software is a bonus
