    Accounting Manager / Operations Manager

    Description 

    • We are seeking an Operations Manager/Accounting Manager who will play a crucial role in our organization's success. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of administrative, financial, and managerial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.

    Key Responsibilities
    Financial Management:

    • Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable: You will oversee the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, which includes tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
    • Budgeting and Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, contribute to budget preparation, and monitor our financial performance to support strategic decision-making.

    Administrative Leadership:

    • Office Administration: Take charge of the day-to-day operations of our office, including the organization and maintenance of files and records, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel and accommodations.
    • Communication and Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and coordination with vendors, customers, and various departments.

    Financial Compliance:

    • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to accounting principles and regulations, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Maintain a high level of financial integrity and accuracy.

    Additional Duties:

    • Must have exceptional leadership skills
    • Undertake various other responsibilities assigned by the management team, including tasks like data entry, document preparation, and general office support.

    Qualifications

    • A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
    • Strong background in finance and accounting.
    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Sage 50
    • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
