    Administrative Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the church and its environment are properly kept and ready for service, always.
    • Responsible for operating the Church’s Generating Set and keeping records for its use. Ensure effective generator running and advise the church on the routine servicing of the generator.
    • Responsible for diesel purchase and share receipt for record keeping.
    • Ensure the safeguard of all church assets/equipment.
    • Ensure proper flow of water into the church premises, most especially, in the convenience.
    • Take inventory and custody of consumables and ensure there is no stock-out.
    • Support evangelism, follow up and home cell activities; these include but not limited to follow up calls to first time, new converts and members at the home cell. Work with relevant departments to document these activities and report same to the Branch Pastor and the Headquarters as may be required.
    • Work with the media department to promote social media campaigns, content calendars and drive online worshippers’ traffic to the Branch online church.
    • Liaise with the Technical unit for effective sound production during church services.
    • Perform any other administrative functions as may be assigned by the Branch’s Pastor.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of National Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Public Admin or related field.
    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Admin Officer, Admin Assistant role in Christian body or corporate sector.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications and office management.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
