    Assistant Facility Manager

    Job Description

    • Maintenance of staff residential building
    • Ensure physical and structural asset integrity in the Residential area.
    • Coordinating maintenance related activities on a daily basis.
    • Evaluation and requisitions for equipment and materials to be utilized for maintenance related activities
    • Coordination of the activities of service providers in ensuring all preventive/ corrective/ routine maintenance and ad-hoc works are carried out in a timely fashion.

    Requirment

    B.Sc. in Estate Management or any relevant field of study and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing residential facilities.
