    Associate

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Applicants must possess a minimum of a 2:2 Bachelor of Laws (I-LB) degree.
    • At least 3-5 years post call experience as a lawyer.
    • Strong commercial law background especially in the negotiation and documentation of commercial contacts.
    • Strong analytical, drafting and negotiating skills.
    • Strong research skills coupled with an ability to deconstruct complex legal issues to provide cogent legal advice.
    • Open and Outward looking attitude.
    • Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
    • Ability to work confidently and stand ground with more senior managers.
    • Strong commercial and pragmatic approach.
