    Associate, Strategic Communication / Branding

    Description 

    • We are looking for an experienced Strategic management professional to support the Corporate Communication and Branding team.
    • The Strategic Communication Associate will work closely with leadership to ensure that all communication efforts align with the overall strategic goals of the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop communications strategies, establish communication guidelines, and manage crisis communications.
    • Oversee the creation, editing, and distribution of high-quality content across various platforms, including websites, social media, and internal communications.
    • Manage the organization’s digital presence, ensuring that content is current, relevant, and consistent with the brand’s identity.
    • Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and strategic communication initiatives.
    • Collaborate with partners to ensure alignment of communication strategies with organizational priorities.
    • Organize and manage events, presentations, and other initiatives to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement integrated communication strategies that support the organization's goals and enhance its reputation.
    • Identify key messages, target audiences, and the most effective channels for communication.
    • Ensure all content is consistent with the organization's brand voice, tone, and messaging.
    • Execute the overall communications strategy (internally and externally).
    • Supports daily administration of digital communication channels, primarily external
    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and brand strategy or strategic communications.
    • Experience working in corporate sectors.
    • Ability to write story-driven and engaging content about complex technical subjects.
    • Ability to design graphics, manage websites and social media pages, handle cameras and edit videos.
    • Good understanding of Brand strategy
    • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing analytical tools.
    • Interpersonal, collaboration and organizational skills.
    • Detail oriented, and with the ability to work with tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD for UI-UX
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
    • Experience with digital communication tools and platforms.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement successful communication strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
