    • We are recruiting to fill the role of a Senior Associate, Operations.
    • The Senior Associate, Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the businesses, ensuring efficient and effective processes across various units to achieve business goals and objectives.

    Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • The Senior Associate, Tax Audit will be responsible for overseeing and managing tax affairs of all Clients, providing each with sustainable tax solutions.
    • This role work directly with the Supervising Partner to meet the Tax Desk’s financial targets.

    Responsibilities
    The successful Associate will be responsible for:

    • Ensure detailed knowledge of the tax affairs of all Clients, providing each with sustainable tax solutions.
    • Lead yourself and your team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to all Clients.
    • Originate new Clients for the Company and originate new work from existing Clients for the Company.
    • Provide thought leadership in your chosen areas of interest in taxation by periodic practice development activities.
    • Undertake multiple engagements and work with your Team members and other professionals and business support personnel in the provision of all service needs of Clients.
    • Deepen the knowledge base of the Company in the Tax Desks assigned to you.
    • Identify and make detailed propositions for any new Tax Desk for the Company.

    • Manage risks and ensure that the practice of the Company is in accordance with extant laws and regulations at all times.
    • Document all important correspondences with Clients both on SharePoint/Company’s server/electronically and manually.
    • Keep all practice related information, particularly Clients’ information as confidential as possible.
    • Support your Supervising Partner in all his practice development efforts.
    • Work directly with your Supervising Partner to meet your Tax Desk’s financial targets.
    • Publish a minimum of 3 tax and related articles in a local or international journal.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide world class financial control for the Group, its Businesses and Projects (altogether, the Group).
    • Expertly manage the Group’s book-keeping and financial reporting functions.
    • Take responsibility for the Group’s treasury functions, ensuring sufficient liquidity at all times.

    • Manage receivables (trade credits), expectations and the cost of service delivery and in this regard, appoint and work with debt recovery agents to ultimately collect doubtful and or bad debts of the Group.
    • Facilitate the Group’s business and financial compliance processes, especially in relation to pensions, taxes and other relevant obligations to Government or Clients.
