    Responsibilities

    • Preparing drinks - Making high-quality coffee drinks, such as espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and pour-overs, according to recipes and customer requests.
    • Customer service - Providing excellent service, answering questions, and handling customer transactions and complaints.
    • Maintaining cleanliness - Keeping the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding area clean and organized.
    • Teamwork - Collaborating with other baristas, managers, and staff to ensure efficient operations.
    • Quality control - Ensuring drinks meet quality standards and maintaining consistency.
    • Knowledge - Staying informed about coffee, tea, and other products offered, including ingredients and preparation methods.

    Requirement

    • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / NCE qualification.
