    • As the Branch Head Pharmacist at our organization, you'll lead by example, ensuring the seamless operation of the pharmacy while providing expert pharmaceutical care.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and customer interactions.

    • Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
    • Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions.

    • Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and timely replenishment of medications and supplies.
    • Maintain a safe and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to proper storage and handling procedures.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
    • Handle and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
    • Keep updated with industry trends, new medications, and advancements in pharmaceutical practices.
    • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business targets.
    • Participate in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of pharmacy staff.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in pharmacy software and basic computer applications.
    • Sound knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
    • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
    • Ability to handle stressful situations and make informed decisions.
