    Brand / Business Development Manager

    A luxurious male fashion brand that embraces the essence of uniqueness both in English and Native clothing and is also committed to uplifting its customers through unique fashion designs, is seeking the services of experienced and passionate Brand / Business Development Manager for immediate employment. The ideal candidate for this role must be social media savvy, smart and must have profound experience in the fashion industry.

    The Brand / Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness and increasing sales through strategic in-person customer engagement and social media management. He/she will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing social media marketing campaigns, increasing the brand’s online presence and engaging the online community.

    Responsibilities

    • Sales growth and brand positioning
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify new sales opportunities and markets for expansion; Monitor sales performance and analyze data to optimize strategies.
    • Define and execute brand positioning strategies to enhance market presence.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.
    • Conduct market research to stay abreast of the fashion industry trends and client preferences.
    • Develop strategies for both international and local market growth.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all levels of clients.
    • Monitor and analyze fashion trends, both globally and within the e-commerce sector, providing insights to enhance our brand positioning
    • Oversee digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies; leveraging social media platforms to enhance brand recognition and reach our target audience.
    • Collaborate closely with fashion influencers, bloggers, and online personalities to elevate brand visibility in the fashion e-commerce space.
    • Establish strategic partnerships with key players in the online fashion community, including fashion magazines, style blogs, and industry events.
    • Conduct market research both online and offline to identify potential customer needs and preferences.
    • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and comments on social media channels, maintaining a positive brand image.
    • Develop e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance online visibility and customer engagement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a Sales and Marketing role within the fashion industry.
    • A minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role
    • Knowledge of various social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
    • Extensive network within the fashion and e-commerce media landscape.
    • Positive and friendly disposition; Ability to multi-task and must be self-driven
    • Strong understanding of local and global fashion market trends.
    • Demonstrated success in business development.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset. Creative thinking for developing innovative content and engagement strategies.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen understanding of fashion terminology and trends.
    • Familiarity with online platforms, digital marketing trends in the fashion sector, and social media strategies.
    • Ability to take initiative and good problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
    • An eagerness to learn and stay updated on relevant industry trends.
