    Business Development Executive

    Job Overview:

    • As a Business Development Executive at Incel Holidays & Tourism, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our corporate travel segment.
    • You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and developing strategies to increase our market share in the corporate travel sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential corporate clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Analyse market data to develop strategies for targeting new business opportunities.
    • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential corporate clients through various channels such as networking, social media, industry events, and cold calling. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
    • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients. Understand their travel needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
    • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development goals. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for business development activities. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of travel services to clients.
    • Reporting and Performance Tracking: Track and report on business development activities, results, and progress towards targets. Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth. Prepare regular reports for management on business development activities and outcomes.
    • Networking and Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and identify new business opportunities. Develop a strong professional network within the travel and corporate sectors.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the travel or corporate services industry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
    • Strong sales acumen and proven ability to close deals and negotiate contracts.
    • Ability to analyze market data, sales metrics, and business trends to make informed decisions.
    • Ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
    • Focus on understanding and meeting clients' needs to build long-term relationships.
    • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities.
