    Communications Advisor

    Job Code: OM-CA-056-01

    Job Description

    • The Communication Advisor will provide communications and project management support for the Public Relations Manager.
    • The position holder will support all internal and external communications and media related activities for the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that supports the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Manage the organization's brand and ensure that all communication activities are consistent with the brand image.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.
    • Write and edit communications materials, including press releases, speeches, and presentations.
    • Develop and manage the organization's website and social media presence.
    • Provide strategic communication advice to senior management.
    • Develop and implement crisis communication plans.
    • Monitor and analyze media coverage of the organization and provide regular reports to senior management.
    • Manage the organization's internal communication channels, including newsletters and intranet sites.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all communication activities are coordinated and aligned with the organization's goals.

    Educational Qualifications, Experience, and Attributed Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of corporate communications experience, including consultancy or public relations agency.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex topics in conversational, easy-to-understand ways.
    • Expertise creating compelling, executive-level presentations, especially in PowerPoint.
    • Exceptional project management and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated ability to work with senior level managers as well employees throughout the organization.
