    Community Manager

    Out client, who offers an innovative solution to the event planning and design industry is looking to hire a Community Manager who will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing data collection, and fostering relationships with vendors such as venue owners, hall managers, and other stakeholders. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the client experience and promoting the organizations' innovative solutions.

    Responsibilities

    Data Collection and Management

    • Work with venue owners and hall managers to gather comprehensive information about their spaces, including dimensions, features, videos, photos, and availability calendars.
    • Guide and support vendors in uploading their hall information, videos, and calendars onto the organization platform.
    • Ensure data accuracy and completeness, regularly updating and maintaining vendor information in the system.
    • Generate reports on vendor engagement and data quality, presenting findings to the management team.

     

    Client Success Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the organizations' services.
    • Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients, providing training and support on using the organizations' visualization tools.
    • Monitor client usage and feedback, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and retention.

     

    Vendor Relationship Management

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with venue owners, hall managers, and other key vendors.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure favourable terms for the organization and its clients.
    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless integration of their services with the organizations' offerings.
    • Assist vendors with onboarding, providing training and support to maximize their use of the platform.

    Community Building

    • Develop and execute strategies to build and nurture a community of clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
    • Organize and host events, webinars, and other activities to foster community engagement and promote the organizations' brand.
    • Create and manage online forums, social media groups, and other platforms for community interaction and support.

     

    Collaboration and Communication

    • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency in client communications and strategies.
    • Provide feedback and insights from clients and vendors to inform product development and improvements.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in customer/community management, or a similar role, preferably in the event planning or design industry.

    Must have skills

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
    • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
