    Content and Digital Strategy Lead

    About the Job

    • The Content and Digital Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing content marketing strategies focused on delivering brand awareness and meeting key performance indicators. This person will develop distinct and robust content marketing strategies that will drive awareness, engagement, leads and retention.
    • Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience writing compelling content and has a broad background in digital marketing.

    Responsibilities

    • Research, plan and write inspiring, informative, engaging content and bring to life creative ideas.
    • Produce monthly reports, content strategy documents as required.
    • Be a team player, collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks and identify and solve problems.
    • Maintain a content calendar to support various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Take responsibility for generating the content needed for all deliverables as well as ensuring others produce content following high standards. 
    • Handle budget management, SEO optimization and media buying for various campaigns.
    • Plan, implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of content marketing creation (internally and externally).
    • Stay on top of best practices and emerging trends in content and digital marketing.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
    • 1 to 3 years of experience creating content and digital marketing.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with Google Adwords and Analytics.
    • Experience managing email campaigns, A/B testing and metrics.
    • Excellent storytelling skills, impeccable grammar and an ability to write specifically for a variety of platforms to engage distinct audiences.
    • Leadership skills and meticulous attention to detail.
