    Customer Experience Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and motivate the Custorner Success. Business Optimization & Training, and Account Management teams
    • Leverage customer relationship management (CRM) tools and technologies to enhance customer interactions
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align customer experience strategies with business
    • Develop comprehensive customer management framework and customer journey maps to identify touchpoints and potential pain points.
    • Develop and nurture customer advocates through targeted engagement strategiesz

    Qualifications Required

    • Must have relevant Years Of Experience
    • Must Have managerial Experience in B2B
