    Deposit Mobilization Manager

    Must have skills

    • High computer literacy. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. A confident personality with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Target and results oriented and willing to take responsibilities. Assertive, persuasive and self-driven.

    Good to have skills

    • Attention to detail. Good written and oral communication. Strong communication and presenting skills. Confident personality with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Have the ability to initiate and pursue projects approved by management on his initiative. Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with a basic level of sophistication in personal interaction and grooming.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing and any other related course
    • 5+ years of previous work experience in a similar role.

    Job role

    • Source for new high-end customers
    • Persuading them to deposit money.
    • Maintaining existing deposit clients.
    • Inform the client of the status of their deposit.
    • Ensure the form for opening a fixed deposit account is adequately completed and registered.
    • Work with the team to develop and implement a business development plan to improve deposit mobilization and retention of deposit and also manage withdrawal attrition
    • Contribute to the development of innovative savings products in line with customer needs
    • Create and enhance new methods for rewarding depositors with interest on ordinary and fixed deposits.
    • Marketing and sale of all bank’s deposit products.
    • Meet assigned targets and quota in deposit mobilization and other assigned tasks.
    • Timely response to feedback and other customer related issues or requests.
    • Participate in creating new and better marketing based on field experience.
    • Ensure the form for opening a fixed deposit account is adequately completed and registered.
    • Work with the team to develop and implement a business development plan to improve deposit mobilization and retention of deposit and also manage withdrawal attrition.
    • Contribute to the development of innovative savings products in line with customer needs\ to achieve the overall deposit targets.
    • Liaise with Team Lead to ensure that, due diligence is always enforced to meet the requirements of the regulator and also protect the interest of both the depositors and the organization.
