Director Research and Advocacy at People Capacity Management

• Minimum of 15 years relevant experience 
• 3 years in a director role and 8 years in a managerial position 
• Member of a relevant professional body e.g  CIPM, NIM
• BSc. In Business Administration Management or any other relevant field
• A post graduate degree in any related field will be an added advantage 

Competency and Skills Requirement 

• Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to collaborate and cross- functional and inter-regional terms.
• In- depth knowledge of techniques and tools in information gathering, data collection analysis and visualization. 
• Fund raising skills e.t.c.
