Driver at Flux Logistix

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily maintenance checks on vehicles. Ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy before starting on their journey including tyres, petrol, oil and lubricants
• Driving staff members daily to desired destinations
• Maintain strict confidentiality on all conversations and information heard during transport assignments
• Ensure vehicle license and other relevant papers are up-to-date
• Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction
• Keeping the vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance
• Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours
• Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing
• Ensure all service appointments are kept
• Running errands and other duties
• Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management
• Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor/line Manager

Qualification

• 4 years work experience.
