    E-Learning Specialist

    Job Description

    • As an e-learning specialist, your duties include selecting or producing media to use during training, using basic knowledge of computer programming to prepare a course website.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging online learning experiences.

    Requirements

    • Design and develop online learning materials and courses.
    • Manage and maintain learning management systems (LMS).
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning programs.
    • Incorporate multimedia elements into courses.
    • Ensure all learning materials meet educational standards.
    • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning requirements.
    • Stay updated with the latest e-learning trends and technologies.
    • Create assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes.
    • Develop and implement instructional design strategies.
    • Revise and update course content as needed.
    • Ensure accessibility and usability of e-learning materials.
    • Train educators and staff on using e-learning tools.
    • Manage project timelines and deliverables.
    • Collect and analyze feedback from learners.
    • Develop and maintain e-learning documentation.
    • Support the integration of e-learning with other educational initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum of 4 years experience with learning management systems (LMS).
    • Strong understanding of instructional design principles.
    • Proficiency in multimedia tools and software.
    • Excellent project management skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to create engaging and interactive content.
    • Knowledge of e-learning trends and best practices.
    • Experience with assessment and evaluation methods.
    • Technical proficiency in e-learning platforms.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience in conducting needs assessments.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in content revision and updates.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of educational standards and compliance.
