    Enterprise Sales Manager (Telecoms)

    Responsibilities:

    • Generate high-quality leads through both online and offline channels to increase conversions and drive organizational growth.
    • Promote the organization and its products effectively.
    • Implement strategies for customer win-back and retention.
    • Efficiently manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
    • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with team members to foster collaboration and skill development.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Enterprise Sales Manager.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
    • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to close high-value deals.
    • Mentor and support junior sales staff, sharing expertise and best practices.
    • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the company's market presence

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Telecom sales, including Dedicated Internet, VPN, Dark Fiber, and Long-haul services.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create impactful presentations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Demonstrated smart, intelligent, and goal-oriented approach.
    • Strong background in Enterprise Sales with a focus on the Telecom sector is highly desirable.
    • Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
