    Entertainment Reporter

    Responsibilities:

    Collecting, verifying, writing and publishing entertainment stories for an online newspaper run by professional journalists

    Requirements

    • Up-to-the-minute knowledge about personalities and trends in the Nigerian entertainment scene
    • Good command of the English Language
    • Ability to gather, write and self-edit stories
    • Broad knowledge of headlines
    • Computer proficiency (MS Office, WordPress, SEO, web search)
    • Active presence on social media
    • At least one year experience reporting entertainment for a print or online newspaper
    • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
    • Minimum education required: OND
    • Proximity to Anthony Village in Lagos is an advantage.
